Phone Calls: If you wish to leave a message for one of the physicians, please contact our receptionists during regular office hours (8:00AM and 5:00PM). Dependant on workload and patients who have presented to the clinic in person, it could take sometime before your call is returned by a physician. If your condition is urgent it may be in your best interest to see a LMC walk in physician in person or go directly to the nearest hospital emergency room.
For your safety, diagnosis or treatments are never conducted over the telephone. It is advisable that you come down to the clinic to discuss your concerns with one of our physicians.
Prescription refills: Please contact your pharmacy for prescription refills; they will contact your physician. If your refills have expired, please call and make an appointment with your doctor.
The LMC physicians prefer to personally review laboratory reports with patients but at their discretion, you may be contacted by telephone by one of the receptionists.
